For Orca, the useful takeaway is that these are three different renderers over the same data contract — target datetime, optional phase list, expired state — not three unrelated blocks. Flap, rail, and dial could be one block with a display setting, and the archetype could pick the default: Bold/Marketing gets flaps, Technical gets the rail, Warm/Human gets the dial. Say the word and I'll write that up as a block spec with the field schema and zone rules

Ember — the dial. Four concentric arcs: days as a fraction of the whole booking window, then hours of 24, minutes of 60, seconds of 60. The seconds ring is the only thing on the page in rhubarb, and it's the only element that moves — a slow clock with one fast hand. The centre numeral relabels itself as the event approaches, so it reads "12 days to go" now and "40 minutes to go" on the night.
